THE TIMES is a forum for young composers. A young composer may take classes at the music academy, participate in internships and try to master as many instruments as possible, but in the end, the performance of a composition remains the most important need.

Young composers especially need experimentation and collaboration with professional musicians to further develop their personal style and craftsmanship.

With THE TIMES, HERMESensemble offers young composers (10-20 years old) the opportunity to have their works performed and experiment with sounds during rehearsals. Participants are coached by professional composers.
